Integrative Therapist
Caragh Sheather
Welcome, and thank you for being here. I will be your therapist if you choose this practice, and I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can heal and grow at your own pace. Every therapist brings a different set of skills; what’s unique about me is my background in the mental health and care profession. I’ve worked with people of all ages and with a wide range of physical and mental health conditions, which gives me a grounded, individual understanding of many different life circumstances. I’m also a bit quirky, and that genuine, down-to-earth side of me naturally comes through in my work together with clients. Counselling can be a daunting journey, and choosing the right therapist is one of the most important steps you can take. If you choose this practice, I will offer you a safe environment where you can be open and honest about the path you’ve been on, and we can explore together how best I can support you. I won’t pretend the journey will always be easy — but having someone to walk alongside you can make all the difference.
